Thomas Blake Hill Jr.(ca.1881-1947). He had been moved to Montreal,Que and then living and died in Tornoto, Ontario

The was picture taken in 1935 When he was Princpal Water Bailiff to the Mayor of the City of Rochester, He was also chief Boatman of the Rochester Water Police. He also holding the Silver Oar which was his "Badge of Office". |
